What is the Gasbye Protection Plan?
The Gasbye Protection Plan is an optional extended warranty available for Gasbye dehumidifiers. All dehumidifiers come with a 1-year base warranty, and registering within 30 days of purchase adds a free second year. This plan adds one more year on top of that, bringing your total coverage to 3 years — with the same defect and failure protection as the standard warranty.
How do I activate my protection plan?
Your dehumidifier is automatically covered by a 1-year base warranty from the date of purchase. To unlock your free second year, register your product here within 30 days. Once registered, this Protection Plan activates as your third year of coverage — no additional steps needed.
What does the protection plan cover?
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
What if I purchased the protection plan but didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the confirmation.
What if I return my product? Can I also return the protection plan?
Yes, if you return the product within the return window, the protection plan will also be voided. Any extended warranty purchased will also be refunded.
