Our Approach
We want every Gasbye product in your home to work as promised. If something goes wrong, our first priority is to fix the issue quickly and with as little hassle as possible.
There are two types of situations covered by this policy:

Product issues (defective, damaged, or not working as expected)

Change of mind (you simply don’t want it anymore)
Our solutions are different for each, to keep things fair and to prevent abuse.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Product Issues
If your product has a quality or functional issue within 30 days of delivery, we will:

Troubleshoot the problem with you

We may ask for photos, videos, and a brief description of the issue.

In some cases, we’ll ask you to try a quick troubleshooting step (for example, checking installation or settings).

Provide a fix at no cost to you

Free replacement parts, or
-
A free replacement unit, if parts cannot reasonably solve the issue.

If we still can’t resolve it, we’ll refund you in full

You will receive a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.

In most cases, we do not require you to ship the product back.

In rare cases (for example, suspected misuse or repeated claims), we may ask you to return the product before issuing a refund.

This 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to valid product issues (defective, damaged, or not working as described), not to general dissatisfaction after normal use.
Change of Mind (No Product Issue)
If you simply change your mind and the product has no quality issue, our policy is different:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

The item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unused, with all accessories and manuals

In the original packaging
-

You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless required otherwise by local law).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
We do not offer “no-return refunds” for change-of-mind orders.
What Is Not Covered
To keep the policy fair, the following are not covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee:

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect function

Dissatisfaction after extended or heavy use where the product works as described

Claims without sufficient information, photos, or videos to verify the issue
We reserve the right to decline a refund or request a return if we are unable to verify a claimed defect.
How to Report a Problem or Start a Return

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, please contact us at support@gasbye.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on local regulations.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price.
This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy and does not limit any rights you have under local consumer law.
