Old vacuum sealer died. It was a food saver brand and it was used for a number of years. We researched Gasbye and purchased it through Amazon. My husband is very impressed with the vacuum sealer.

Purchased a DryPrime-50-B dehumidifier through Amazon in March 2026. In September 2026, unit started displaying error codes (E3 and HI) and stopped collecting water. I emailed Gasbye with the purchase details; I didn't hear anything for multiple hours and assumed Gasbye was like a lot of companies nowadays and would make getting it fixed or replaced next to impossible. I was WRONG! A Ms. Amy Gasbye emailed me back stating that she'd already shipped a replacement. Wow! A company actually standing behind their products; what a concept!
I never heard of Gasbye before but I'm glad I gave them a chance on their dehumidifier. So far, so good. The dehumidifier works better than the name brand one i replaced.

I purchased a Gasbye Dehumidifier in July of this year. I previously had a commercial unit as our basement is 2200 sq ft with a 500 sq ft crawlspace. After about 9 years, it quit. I purchased another mfg unit to get me though until I could afford another commercial unit in 6/25. After 3 months the control panel went. It was replaced free of charge used for about 1 month, unplugged for the winter, when I plugged it back in, it froze up. The company wanted to replace again, they gave me my money back. I ran across Gasbye on Amazon and was intrigued by their position that if after 2 years the unit does not perform as desired, they would give you your money back no questions asked. Well after 2 months, this unit as not only kept the basement humidity level at a range between 50-55% but the entire house is drier. We have always had 1 door stick in the summer time and we were always going to shave it down but using this Gasbye unit, that is no longer an issue. I would STRONGLY recommend this unit if you live in an area that high humidity is a constant issue as in Northeast Ohio. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

For future purchasers, buy directly from Gasbye not from Amazon. My Gasbye vac-sealer was $30 cheaper at Gasbye. Plus shipping was free.

Bought this Gasbye air conditioner a few weeks ago
Bought this Gasbye air conditioner a few weeks ago, I think I got it figured out and it runs great and does what it supposed to do it’s quite runs quietly. Works great in my room of just under 500 square feet with these 90-103F temperature these past few days, keeps my room 10-15F cooler then the outside temperature and the night mode setting runs even more quite, so I leave it on the night mode for the quietness so it’s not so bothersome during the day when I”m trying to watch tv or listening to music, or just a piece of mind so can rest without the noise level to high. Am happy with the Gasbyye inverter air conditioner with the remote, the service and the price is right far as I am concerned. Thanks again for a solid built conditioner and looks good where it sits in my room.
I received my order in a timely manner. Amy from customer support responded to my questions, somehow her response went to spam which I did find. Oops my bad.
I questioned the wattage of the 14,000 and 15,000 BTU Models being reported as the same level, and they checked with engineering to establish that the wattage for the 14,000 is 1290, and the wattage for the 15,000 is 1389 watts. They responded quickly and in detail to clarify the discrepancy.
Gasbye has absolutely the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I reached out with an email late one Saturday night and Amy responded very quickly to my issue. I had a dehumidifier that had died 2 yrs to the day. She processed a full refund and I ordered a new one from their website that night. Will only purchase dehumidifiers from Gasbye from now on!
