Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the continental United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Please note that dehumidifier and air conditioner models cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
For special requests or bulk orders, please contact our customer support team.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or any international destinations.

Fulfillment & Delivery Time

All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouses and shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes an additional 3–7 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will be processed the following business day.

  • Tracking may update late (sometimes only the day before delivery), but delivery time won’t be affected. 99% of orders arrive within 7 days.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.

Please note that delivery may take longer during peak shopping events (such as Prime Day or Black Friday), national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, severe weather, or natural disasters. In rare cases, if an item is not available at the nearest warehouse, it may be shipped from another location. Should this happen, we’ll notify you promptly.

During busy seasons and holidays, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you may contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. If a cancellation is requested after shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

*If you need expedited shipping, please contact us in advance, and we’ll check if it’s available in your area and let you know the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping (3–7 business days) on orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.

In some areas, Priority Shipping (3–5 business days) is available for $19.99. Enter your address at checkout to see which options apply.

For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, an additional $29.99 surcharge applies due to extended delivery zones(excluding dehumidifier and air conditioner models, which cannot be shipped to these areas). Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method. You can view final shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Sustainable Delivery Options

In support of our eco-conscious mission, we offer both Standard and Priority shipping options. Availability may vary by area.
Regardless of speed, all orders are packed efficiently and delivered with care.

*Please note that due to the size and weight of our items, larger products may occasionally require additional transit time. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated with tracking information throughout the process.

Carriers & Tracking

We partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment in real time. You can also check your order status on the My Account page.

Customs, VAT & Sales Tax

At this time, no sales tax is charged on orders placed through our website. All listed prices are final, with no hidden fees.
Sales tax policies may be subject to change by state or federal regulations.

Orders within the U.S. are not subject to customs duties or VAT.
