How can I find the order number and product serial number?

The order number looks like this:

  • Amazon orders: contains three groups of numbers separated by hyphens (format: XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX)
  • Website orders: starts with “Gasbye” and is followed by four digits (e.g., Gasbye1000)

The serial number is located on the back of the unit, below the nameplate. You can also find it inside the water tank.
