Description
All Gasbye products are built for long-lasting performance. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge.
The 3-Year Protection Plan adds an extra year to your standard 2-year limited warranty (1-year base + 1-year free with registration), giving you a total of 3 years of coverage and peace of mind.
During this extended period, Gasbye will provide a replacement—new or refurbished—of equal condition, using original parts. We also cover any shipping costs related to the warranty process. The replacement item or part will inherit either the remaining warranty of the original unit or receive 90 days of coverage from the date of replacement—whichever is longer.
What’s not covered:
This plan does not apply to issues caused by misuse, wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Important:
Attempting to disassemble or repair the product yourself will void the warranty. If you experience an issue, please contact our Customer Care team for guided support.

What is the Gasbye Protection Plan?
The Gasbye Protection Plan is our official extended warranty and service program for customers. In addition to the standard one-year warranty, you can register your product to receive an extra year of free coverage. You also have the option to purchase additional protection—such as the “Extended Warranty” shown on this page—which extends coverage to 3 years and includes more comprehensive repair and replacement services.
How do I activate my protection plan?
You don’t need to activate it manually. Once you purchase a product, you’re automatically covered by a 1-year standard warranty. You can also register your warranty here to receive an additional year of free coverage.
What does the protection plan cover?
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
What if I purchased the protection plan but didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the confirmation.
What if I return my product? Can I also return the protection plan?
Yes, if you return the product within the return window, the protection plan will also be voided. Any extended warranty purchased will also be refunded.
