What is the Gasbye Protection Plan?

The Gasbye Protection Plan is our official extended warranty and service program for customers. In addition to the standard one-year warranty, you can register your product to receive an extra year of free coverage. You also have the option to purchase additional protection—such as the “Extended Warranty” shown on this page—which extends coverage to 3 years and includes more comprehensive repair and replacement services.

How do I activate my protection plan?

You don’t need to activate it manually. Once you purchase a product, you’re automatically covered by a 1-year standard warranty. You can also register your warranty here to receive an additional year of free coverage.

What does the protection plan cover?

It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

What if I purchased the protection plan but didn’t receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the confirmation.

What if I return my product? Can I also return the protection plan?

Yes, if you return the product within the return window, the protection plan will also be voided. Any extended warranty purchased will also be refunded.
